Where in Ireland can you buy raw produce?
-Raw Cheeses: Unpasterised milk cheeses include the following
1. Durrus and Gabriel farmhouse cheeses from cork are both Irish Unpasterised Cows Milk cheese products
2. Unpasterised milk cheeses can be found in CheeseMonglers in Cork and Dublin as well as many farmers Markets.
3. Unpasterised Cheeses can also be found in many tesco stores in the Gourmet cheese Section.
4. Donnybrook Fair in Donnybrook County Dublin carry a range of unpasterised milk cheeses including unpasterised goats cheese.
5. Raw Parmesian Cheese available in Aldi Stores and sold as 'specially Selected', Raw Parmesian also available in some tescos.
-Raw oils: Cold pressed oils from seeds, vegetables etc.
1. Good oil cold pressed hemp seed oil is available from most Tesco stores though its quite expensive at almost 13 euro a bottle - it's about 7 euro after late price cuts
2. Most good supermarkets carry cold pressed olive oil though at a premium! Expect to pay 6 euro upwards for a small bottle.
